I sat down with Jalen Gant of Anacostia and asked him some very important questions about vision and his life philosophy. “Definitely different, its a real step back from reality…Being definitely different means being the odd one out; being the kid that’s not rolling with the status quo but stepping away and having a 4.0 g.p.a. Putting in the extra hours after practice and things like that. Being Definitely different is a lifestyle.” -Jalen Gant

A stand out football talent is one of his many attributes. Jalen is a leader, mentor, friend, brother and team player who spends a considerable amount of time in community service. He has dreams of going to college and pursuing is academic passions as well. Kudos to this phenomenal young man for being a beacon and letting his light shine bright.
